Als vrachtwagenmechanieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de herstellingen van verschillende vrachtwagens en opleggers. Je zorgt ervoor dat voertuigen veilig en technisch in orde blijven.Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerken en herstellingen aan vrachtwagens en opleggers.
  • Diagnostiseren en oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Vervangen en herstellen van onderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud om defecten te voorkomen.
  • Correct afstellen en voorbereiden van voertuigen volgens de geldende veiligheidsnormen.
  • Werken met moderne tools en diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplaats.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om kwalitatief werk af te leveren.
  • Je hebt een opleiding automechanica gevolgd en afgerond.
  • Je staat in voor onderhoud en herstellingen aan vrachtwagens, opleggers en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en wil je kennis verder uitbreiden.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Ervaring binnen de sector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Zowel ervaren techniekers als schoolverlaters zijn welkom om te solliciteren.
  • Kennis van lassen is een extra troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
