FlexiComm d.o.o. je tvrtka specijalizirana za IT i telekomunikacijske usluge te pružanje operativne i tehničke podrške međunarodnim klijentima.

Tražimo odgovornu, organiziranu i analitičnu osobu koja će sudjelovati u svakodnevnom nadzoru i operativnom upravljanju telekomunikacijskim uslugama.

Glavni zadaci: • Nadzor rada telekomunikacijskih platformi i usluga • Praćenje kvalitete usluga i prepoznavanje nepravilnosti • Obrada i analiza operativnih podataka • Izrada redovitih izvještaja i evidencija • Obrada zahtjeva klijenata i poslovnih partnera • Komunikacija s međunarodnim klijentima i dobavljačima • Evidentiranje tehničkih problema i njihova eskalacija odgovornim osobama • Sudjelovanje u testiranju i optimizaciji telekomunikacijskih usluga • Održavanje operativne i tehničke dokumentacije • Ostali povezani operativni poslovi prema potrebama poslovanja

Rad uključuje korištenje specijaliziranih softverskih alata i telekomunikacijskih platformi. Za rad na specifičnim sustavima osigurana je interna edukacija.

Uvjeti: Minimalno srednja stručna sprema. Prednost kandidatima tehničkog, informatičkog ili ekonomskog usmjerenja. VŠS/VSS nisu obvezni. Prethodno iskustvo nije uvjet; prednost je iskustvo u IT-u, telekomunikacijama, korisničkoj podršci ili administrativno-operativnim poslovima.

Radni odnos zasniva se na neodređeno vrijeme uz probni rad u trajanju od 3 mjeseca.

Mjesto rada: Vukovar. Puno radno vrijeme, 40 sati tjedno, ponedjeljak – petak. Rad od kuće nije predviđen kao standardni oblik rada. Smjenski i noćni rad te dežurstva nisu predviđeni.

Dodatna znanja i vještine:

• Dobro poznavanje rada na računalu • Poznavanje MS Office alata, posebno Excela • Dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu • Analitičnost, preciznost i odgovornost • Dobre organizacijske i komunikacijske sposobnosti • Samostalnost u izvršavanju zadataka • Spremnost na učenje novih tehnologija i radnih procesa

Programiranje, prethodno iskustvo s telekomunikacijskim platformama, poznavanje Linuxa ili baza podataka te telekomunikacijski certifikati nisu obvezni.
