FLEXITGO- tarptautinė įmonė, teikianti pastolių ir izoliacijos paslaugas didžiausiems pramonės klientams Vakarų Europoje. ŠIuo metu prie mūsų komandos kviečiame prisijungti svarbių klientų vadovą (-ę), kuris palaikytų tvirtus santykius su klientais ir užtikrintų projektų pelningumą.

Būsimos atsakomybės:

  • Būsite atsakingas (-a) už ryšių su klientais kūrimą ir palaikymą, užtikrinant jų pasitenkinimą bei ilgalaikį bendradarbiavimą.
  • Dalyvausite derybose dėl naujų ir tęstinių projektų, siekiant sėkmingų ir abipusiai naudingų susitarimų.
  • Koordinuosite resursus- komandas, apgyvendinimą, transportą- ir užtikrinsite sklandų projektų įgyvendinimą tiek Lietuvoje, tiek užsienyje.
  • Stebėsite projektų rezultatus bei pelningumą, teiksite ataskaitas vadovybei ir inicijuosite reikalingas korekcijas.
  • Analizuosite finansinius rodiklius, užtikrinsite sąmatų, atsiskaitymų bei dokumentacijos tikslumą.
  • Prisidėsite prie papildomų paslaugų pardavimų (upselling, cross-selling) ir klientų poreikių identifikavimo.
  • Užtikrinsite, kad projektai atitiktų kokybės, saugos ir teisės aktų reikalavimus.
  • Bendradarbiausite su kitais įmonės padaliniais (HR, logistika, resursų planavimu) bei koordinuosite komandos darbą.
  • Puikūs bendravimo ir derybų įgūdžiai.
  • Efektyvus klientų santykių valdymas.
  • Analitinis mąstymas ir finansinis sąmoningumas (pelningumo stebėjimas).
  • Lyderystės ir komandos koordinavimo įgūdžiai.
  • Problemų sprendimo ir sprendimų priėmimo įgūdžiai.
  • Gebėjimas dirbti esant spaudimui ir laikantis griežtų terminų.
  • Orientacija į rezultatą ir ilgalaikį bendradarbiavimą.
  • Galimybė vykti į komandiruotes, vizituoti klientus/projektus užsienio šalyse.
