FlexLink Systems is een internationale marktleider op het gebied van geautomatiseerde transportsystemen (conveyors) en productieautomatisering. Het bedrijf ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt modulaire transportsystemen en robotoplossingen die de productiestroom binnen fabrieken optimaliseren. FlexLink Systems is actief in onder meer de voedingsmiddelen- en drankenindustrie, farmacie, cosmetica, e-commerce en elektronica en maakt deel uit van de internationale Coesia-groep. Ter versterking van hun team in Heverlee zijn we op zoek naar een Application & Project Engineer.

Als Application & Project Engineer combineer je technische engineering met projectopvolging. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

Application Engineering:

  • Het technisch ondersteunen van de Sales Engineer, met uitleg aan de klant en indien nodig een bezoek ter plaatse om te bekijken wat haalbaar is.
  • Het bedenken, ontwerpen en uittekenen van een eerste technische lay-out.
  • Het uitvoeren van technische berekeningen om de voorgestelde oplossing te onderbouwen.
  • Het opstellen van offertes en registreren in het CRM-systeem.

Project Engineering:

  • Het uitwerken van de goedgekeurde lay-out tot een definitief ontwerp van conveyor- en handeling oplossingen.
  • Het opstellen van detailtekeningen voor toeleveranciers. Het opstellen van stuklijsten, als basis voor bestellingen en productie.
  • Het plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen, volgens opgemaakte stuklijst.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Het coördineren van de installatie op locatie: je stuurt de monteurs aan en bewaakt de planning tot de oplevering.
  • Het verwerken van projectadministratie in SAP en het ondersteunen van de Backoffice bij project gerelateerde activiteiten.
  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de machinebouw, handling- of conveyor industrie.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Autodesk Inventor (3D CAD).
  • Sterke affiniteit met mechanica.
  • Kennis van pneumatica, besturingstechniek, Windchill en SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch, klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Je bent bereid om klanten in België en de omliggende regio te bezoeken.
