Role \& Responsibilities

* Prozess\- und Systembetreuung: Betreuung von Produktionsanlagen mit sehr hohem Automatisierungsgrad, die stark untereinander sowie mit übergeordneten ITOT\-Systemen vernetzt sind. * Ganzheitliche Projektabwicklung: Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und selbstständige Abwicklung von Automationsprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg \- mit voller Verantwortung für technische Lösungen, Qualität, Meilensteine, Termine und zeitnahe Showstopper\-Behebung. * Finanz\- und Ressourcenmanagement: Erstellung von Business Cases, Begleitung von CAPEX\-/Projektbudgetanfragen sowie kontinuierliche Überwachung des Budgets gemäß den aktuellen Forecast\- und Reporting\-Prozessen; inklusive bedarfsgerechter Ressourcenplanung. * Teamführung und Zusammenarbeit: Koordination und Führung interdisziplinär zusammengesetzter Teams aus internen und externen Mitarbeitern sowie Partnern und Lieferanten. * Beratung und Strategie: Proaktives Unterstützen der Produktionsbetriebe bei der Definition und Initiierung von Investitionsvorhaben inklusive Kostenschätzungen, Terminplänen und Evaluierung neuer Technologien. Candidate Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium als Techniker / Ingenieur/in im Bereich Automation, Elektrotechnik, technische Informatik oder ähnlichem
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Produktionsautomation, vorzugsweise mit einem pharmazeutischen Hintergrund
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Bereich Automationssoftware von Siemens S7, TIA, WinCC
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im GMP\- und GAMP\-Umfeld
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikations\- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten auch im Umgang mit Stakeholdern und auf allen Ebenen
  • Bereitschaft im agilen, selbstorganisierten Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, Englisch\- und ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
