Sales Consultant / Call Agent Direkct Marketing (Multimedia / Telekommunikation / Consumer Electronics) 100%.*Jobbeschreibung*

* Sicherstellen des proaktiven Kundenkontaktes zu bedürfnisorientierten Absatzkampagnen im Kontext der Werbemassnahmen * Kontaktieren der Kunden im Rahmen von Verkaufsaktivitäten für Produkte und Dienstleistungen * Durchführen von hochqualitativen Verkaufsgesprächen, Analysieren und Weiterleiten der Resultate der Kampagnen und Marktfeedbacks auf Basis eines bestehenden Fragebogens * Erreichen einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit * Erreichen der Absatz und Quotenziele * Termingerechte Analyse und Weitergabe der Kampagnen\- und Marktfeedbacks Gesuchtes Profil

Deine Ziele

  • Eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit erreichen.
  • Erreichen von Verkaufszielen und Quoten.
  • Kampagnen\- und Marktfeedback fristgerecht analysieren und weiterleiten.

Bildung:

* Erste Erfahrungen und Know\-how im Umgang mit Kunden sowie ein Gespür für den Verkauf.

Skills Must have:

  • zwingend Schweizerdeutsch sehr gut, und Italienisch oder Französisch C1
  • Gute mündliche Fähigkeiten und Ausdrucksvermögen
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS\-Office
