Ob erfahrener Profi aus dem Detailhandel oder motivierte Persönlichkeit aus der Gastronomie \- wir suchen genau dich als Kundenberater / Verkaufsberater

Jobbeschreibung

* Kundenberatung \& Kundenservice: Du berätst die Kunden kompetent im gesamten Portfolio der Telekommunikation (Multimedia, Smartphones, Abos und Consumer Electronics). * Begeisterung im Kundendienst: Als Verkäufer / Verkäuferin sorgst du für beste Kundenzufriedenheit und machst jeden Besuch im Swisscom Shop zu einem echten Service\-Erlebnis. * Verkauf \& Abschluss: Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse aktiv, präsentierst moderne Technik\-Trends und schliesst Verträge erfolgreich ab. * Shop\-Präsentation: Du hilfst aktiv bei der Ladengestaltung und der modernen Präsentation von Unterhaltungselektronik mit. Gesuchtes Profil

Das bringst du mit (auch für Quereinsteiger!):

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Lehre als Detailhandelsfachmann / Detailhandelsfachfrau (EFZ / EBA) oder Erfahrung in einer serviceorientierten Branche wie Hotellerie, Service, Call Center oder Gastronomie.
  • Quereinsteiger willkommen: Du hast noch keine Erfahrung in der Telco\-Branche? Kein Problem! Wichtig ist uns dein Talent in der Beratung und deine hohe Affinität für Mobile\- und Tech\-Trends.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du besitzt ein selbstsicheres Auftreten, bist extrem kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Wohnort \& Sprachen: Du wohnst idealerweise in der Region Luzern / Aarau. Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch (jede weitere Landessprache oder Englisch ist ein grosser Vorteil).
  • Formalität: Ein einwandfreier, aktueller Strafregisterauszug ist zwingend erforderlich.
