Nous recherchons pour une entreprise familiale actif dans le secteur de l'horlogerie, basée à Genève, un ou une :

Constructeur Habillage Senior (Chef de projets)

Mission :

Vous assurez la conception et le développement technique des composants d'habillage horloger, depuis l'interprétation du design jusqu'à l'industrialisation et la mise en production.

Description du poste --------------------

  • Réaliser les constructions 3D et les dossiers techniques 2D.
  • Garantir la faisabilité, la qualité technique, les coûts et les délais.
  • Piloter les prototypes, les développements fournisseurs et l'industrialisation.
  • Gérer les données techniques et les évolutions produits dans le PLM.
  • Apporter votre expertise aux équipes Qualité, Production et SAV.
  • Accompagner les constructeurs et participer à l'amélioration continue.

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Formation de Technicien ou d'Ingénieur en microtechnique.
  • Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en construction horlogère, avec une expertise confirmée en habillage.
  • Maîtrise de la CAO CREO, de la cotation fonctionnelle, du tolérancement et des procédés de fabrication horlogers.
  • Expérience du suivi fournisseurs et de l'industrialisation.
  • La connaissance d'Audros constituent un atout.
  • Profil rigoureux, organisé, collaboratif et force de proposition
