Nous recherchons pour un CDD de 6 mois, avec entrée immédiate, pour une société industrielle basée à Genève :

Description du poste --------------------

Recrutement et acquisition de talents

  • Piloter et assurer le suivi opérationnel des recrutements, de l'identification du besoin jusqu'à la sélection des candidats.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables de service afin de définir les profils et compétences recherchés.
  • Assurer les relations avec les agences de placement et coordonner le suivi des candidatures proposées.
  • Réaliser du sourcing actif et identifier des profils pertinents, notamment dans les métiers techniques, industriels, d'ingénierie et administratifs.
  • Rédiger et diffuser les annonces d'emploi sur LinkedIn et les différents canaux de recrutement.
  • Analyser, présélectionner et trier les candidatures avec pertinence, en tenant compte des compétences techniques, de l'expérience et du savoir\-être.
  • Réaliser les premières prises de contact et participer aux entretiens d'embauche en collaboration avec les managers.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux et réactif des candidatures afin de garantir un processus de recrutement efficace et une expérience candidat de qualité.

Gestion de projet RH

* Participer au déploiement du module Lucca Recrutement, afin de centraliser les candidatures, structurer les étapes de sélection et faciliter la collaboration entre les RH et les managers.

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Certificat HRSE d'assistant(e) en gestion du personnel, formation RH ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le recrutement (\+3 ans), idéalement acquise au sein d'une entreprise industrielle.
  • Bonne compréhension des métiers industriels et techniques, avec une capacité à recruter des profils variés.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de sourcing, de présélection et d'évaluation des candidatures.
  • Bonne connaissance de LinkedIn et des outils de recrutement digitaux.
  • Aisance dans la collaboration avec les managers et les partenaires externes.
  • Une expérience dans le déploiement ou l'utilisation d'un outil de gestion des candidatures (ATS), notamment Lucca, constitue un atout.
  • Des connaissances de SAP RH, particulièrement en gestion des temps, seraient appréciées.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et excellente aisance rédactionnelle.
