Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses activités digitales, notre client, acteur majeur à l'échelle nationale, recherche deux Content Managers pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique et contribuer au bon fonctionnement de ses plateformes numériques.

Nous offrons pour une mission de longue durée (minimum 1 an) au sein des équipes de l'un de nos clients de Fribourg\-Ville, dans un environnement de travail moderne et stimulant :

Une activité variée au sein d'une organisation d'envergure nationale avec perspective de prolongation et d'évolution

Une entrée en fonction prévue en décembre 2026

Taux d'activité : 100 % \- modèle de travail flexible avec possibilité de télétravail jusqu'à 3 jours par semaine après la période d'intégration

Description du poste --------------------

Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le soutien des opérations digitales et garantissez la qualité des contenus publiés sur différents canaux numériques.

Au quotidien, vous êtes notamment chargé(e) de :

  • Publier, mettre à jour et maintenir les contenus digitaux
  • Contrôler la qualité des contenus et des campagnes avant leur mise en ligne
  • Réaliser les tests fonctionnels (QA) et assurer leur suivi
  • Mettre en place et exécuter diverses promotions digitales
  • Participer à la validation des contenus et campagnes marketing
  • Suivre les incidents liés aux contenus et contribuer à leur résolution
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, produit, digital et contenu
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à l'optimisation de l'expérience utilisateur

Profil recherché -----------------

Votre profil :

  • CFC de médiamaticien(ne), Bachelor en marketing, communication, médias numériques ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience dans la gestion de contenus digitaux, les opérations digitales ou le e\-commerce
  • Maîtrise des outils digitaux et des systèmes de gestion de contenu (CMS)
  • Sens aigu du détail et de la qualité
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Personnalité proactive, fiable et orientée solutions

Atouts :

  • Expérience des tests qualité (QA)
  • Connaissances SEO et outils d'analyse web
  • Expérience en gestion de campagnes promotionnelles
  • Familiarité avec les méthodes Agile
  • Expérience dans un environnement e\-commerce ou de services numériques
