The posting

At MezTal, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a centralized recruiting and onboarding function.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys balancing hands-on recruiting with workflow coordination and operational support. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to help ensure recruiting processes run efficiently and consistently.

What you’ll do:

  • Support and coordinate full-cycle recruiting, from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Help manage recruiting workflows, priorities, and candidate movement
  • Support recruiters and recruiting team members with day-to-day coordination
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer-related activities
  • Support onboarding and new hire transition activities
  • Monitor recruiting activity, open positions, and hiring progress
  • Help maintain recruiting process consistency, documentation, and system accuracy
  • Support training and onboarding of new recruiters or recruiting support team members
  • Collaborate with recruiting resources across different locations and countries
  • Support recruiting reports, KPIs, process improvements, and special TA projects

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruiting operations
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities at the same time
  • Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to provide workflow guidance without formal people-management responsibility
  • Advanced English required

Preferred:

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting
  • Experience supporting recruiting operations across multiple locations
  • Experience working with international or distributed recruiting teams
  • Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter, Team Lead, Lead Coordinator, or Project Coordinator

Location & Schedule

  • Hybrid position in Guadalajara, Jalisco
  • Office located at Midtown Jalisco
  • Monday to Friday, standard office hours
