Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
Principle Accountabilities: *Surveys and evaluates future and current vendors. *Prepares and implements QA Policies and Procedures. *Reviews discrepancy reports and implements corrective actions. *Reports progress to customers as required. Maintains contact with customers to ensure their business needs are met or exceeded. *Conducts presentations to staff as required. *Establishes QA objectives and creates plan of action. *Cooperates with top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and goals. *Evaluates content of reports from product assurance program department heads and confers with top management in formulating fiscal budget for product assurance program. *Confers with engineering about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured. *Reviews technical publications, articles and abstract to stay abreast of technical developments in industry. *Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: *Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses. *Must have knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and applicable regulations. *Demonstrated skills in project management and ability to train others to lead projects. *International travel may be required. *Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. *Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. *Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. *Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. *Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations. *Ability to think strategically, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. *Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Scope / Impact: *Impacts the long-term (annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function and/or site. Approves and/or creates functional processes or technologies. Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site. May have P&L responsibility for the function. Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
Decision Making / Discretion: *Makes decisions for the function and the site. Decisions may affect site.
Supervision / Leadership: *Recognizes and develops talent as a key element of executing operational business plans. Ensures Flex values are part of site work life. Provides strategic leadership for the function and the site
Work Environment: *While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
