This role requires strong analytical capability, operational leadership, and the ability to optimize complex, multi‑functional supply chain activities. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of improving service levels, reducing cost, and driving operational excellence across diverse supply chain environments. This position requires advanced experience in production planning and scheduling, including capacity planning, line balancing, and coordinating with operational teams to ensure efficient use of resources. The candidate needs to lead the team to develop master production schedules, analyze demand forecasts, and align production plans with business priorities. Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, constraint‑based scheduling, and continuous improvement methodologies is essential.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will also assist with procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring MM achievement, supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation. In addition, the candidate will oversee warehouse operations and indirectly support the inventory management team, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate inventory records, and efficient material flow. This includes implementing inventory control strategies, managing cycle counts, optimizing storage layouts, and improving warehouse processes to support safety, accuracy, and productivity. Familiarity with lean principles, logistics coordination, and KPI‑driven performance management is expected.

Overall, we are seeking a hands‑on, results‑oriented leader who can collaborate across departments, build strong operational processes, and support the growth of a new business unit. • In the realm of warehousing management, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation that prioritizes safety, accuracy, and productivity. This includes overseeing inventory control processes, ensuring that stock levels are monitored accurately, and implementing best practices for storage and order fulfillment. The manager will analyze warehouse performance metrics and develop initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity while maintaining compliance with safety standards. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will include warehouse safety measures and on-time delivery rates, with the manager taking initiative-taking steps to minimize risks and improve overall performance.
  • To further strengthen warehousing operations, the Supply Chain Manager will implement technology solutions to enhance visibility and tracking throughout the inventory management process. This may involve utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and reduce lead times. The manager will also prioritize employee training and development, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within the warehouse team. By continuously evaluating processes and performance metrics, the Supply Chain Manager will drive ongoing improvements, ensuring the manufacturing site not only meets customer expectations but also enhances operational resilience in a dynamic market environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and a strategic mindset, essential for optimizing both planning and warehousing functions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Support and indirectly manage procurement/sourcing/inventory management.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
