FLO recherche un développeur backend orienté DevSecOps pour rejoindre son équipe de développement technologique.

Vous interviendrez du code backend jusqu’à l’infrastructure et au déploiement, avec un objectif simple : rendre nos solutions et nos processus de développement plus sécuritaires, fiables et automatisés.

RESPONSABILITÉS

· Concevoir et développer des services backend, outils internes et automatisations;

· Concevoir et maintenir les pipelines CI/CD;

· Automatiser et faire évoluer notre infrastructure avec Terraform/OpenTofu;

· Intégrer la sécurité au cycle de développement et contribuer à la correction des vulnérabilités;

· Faire évoluer nos environnements Azure, Docker et Kubernetes;

· Améliorer l’observabilité, la surveillance et la fiabilité de nos plateformes;

· Participer à l’investigation des incidents et à la rotation on-call;

· Collaborer avec les développeurs pour améliorer les pratiques DevSecOps et l’autonomie des équipes.

Requirements

À PROPOS DE VOUS

· 5+ années d’expérience pertinente;

· Solides compétences en développement backend, idéalement .NET/C# ou Python;

· Expérience avec les API, les tests automatisés, Git et les revues de code;

· Excellence maîtrise d’Azure, Docker et Kubernetes;

· Expérience avec Terraform/OpenTofu et CI/CD;

· Bonne compréhension de la cybersécurité, IAM et de la gestion des secrets;

· Bonne compréhension des réseaux : DNS, pare-feu, routage et équilibrage de charge;

· Expérience avec des outils comme Argo CD, Vault, New Relic ou PagerDuty;

· À l’aise autant dans le code que dans l’infrastructure et le déploiement;

· Utilise efficacement les outils d’IA pour accélérer le développement et la résolution de problèmes.
