Lokalizacja Flora Food Manufacturing Poland w Katowicach Umowa zlecenie, stawka 34 zł za godzinę. Min. 20 godzin tygodniowo, preferowana dostępność 4/8 godzin dziennie (8:00-16:00). Praca hybrydowa.

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Wspieranie procesu planowania i realizacji zamówień materiałowych w celu zapewnienia dostępności surowców i opakowań.
  • Monitorowanie dostępności materiałów oraz reagowanie na zmiany planów produkcyjnych.
  • Analiza poziomu zapasów i przygotowywanie raportów wspierających optymalizację stanów magazynowych.
  • Wsparcie przy opracowywaniu krótko- i długoterminowych planów zamówień.
  • Monitorowanie realizacji dostaw oraz współpraca z dostawcami w zakresie terminowości dostaw.
  • Współpraca z innymi działami firmy oraz fabrykami Grupy Flora.
  • Wspieranie procesu zarządzania zmianami opakowań.
  • Udział w bieżących projektach i działaniach zespołu planowania.

Nasze wymagania

  • Kierunki studiów: logistyka, zarządzanie, ekonomia, transport lub pokrewne.
  • Dobra znajomość programu MS Excel, w szczególności funkcji takich jak WYSZUKAJ.PIONOWO/XLOOKUP oraz tabele przestawne.
  • Dokładność, systematyczność i odpowiedzialność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań.
  • Umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej oraz skutecznego działania pod presją czasu.
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość systemu SAP.
  • Pierwsze doświadczenia związane z logistyką, planowaniem lub łańcuchem dostaw.
