The posting

FloSports is a world-class sports media company strategically positioned to be the essential destination for passionate sports fans, delighting them with live event coverage, breaking news, highlights, stats, rankings, and team and player profiles. We are growing Our Sports every day by continuing to invest in our ever-expanding ecosystem, which consists of over a dozen sport verticals and hundreds of streaming partners. FloSports is creating the home for college conferences/leagues and sports like grappling, hockey, track & field, racing, cheer, wrestling, and more, and we are looking for innovative and passionate people like you to help us!

THE ROLE:

As a Global Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll help bring live events to life on the FloSports platform while supporting a broad, diverse network of sports organizations. This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, operations, and technology, offering hands-on experience managing partnerships while helping build the systems and workflows that enable our team to operate at scale.

Approximately half of your role will focus on managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized partners. The other half will focus on improving how Global Partnerships works, including helping evolve the FloSports Partner Portal into the operational hub for partner management from deal handoff through delivery, closeout, and renewal.

This role is ideal for someone with high emotional intelligence who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and pays strong attention to detail. You are also naturally curious about how systems work and how they could work better. When you encounter a repetitive or fragmented process, your instinct is to understand it, simplify it, and explore whether technology or automation can create a better way to work.

You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should be excited to experiment. You’re comfortable learning new technology, using AI to improve your own work, testing new tools, and building, vibe coding or prototyping lightweight solutions when the opportunity arises.

You will play a key role in ensuring every partner, regardless of size, receives a consistent, high-quality experience while helping Global Partnerships build more scalable, efficient ways to operate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

PARTNER PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT (≈50%)

- Manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized partners as the primary day-to-day contact, building relationships, fostering trust, driving clear communication, and delivering a high-quality partner experience.

- Lead execution of partnership deliverables and contractual obligations, coordinating across partners, events, and internal teams while managing multiple timelines and ensuring requirements are met.

- Translate partner needs, contractual requirements, and internal strategy into clear, actionable plans that keep teams aligned and execution consistent.

- Support rights partner renewals through strong organization, accurate performance tracking, and clear documentation.

- Monitor contractual health and deliverables, proactively flagging risks, gaps, or opportunities that could impact partner satisfaction or renewal.

- Travel occasionally for in-person meetings, trainings, and partner event support.

PARTNER OPERATIONS, SYSTEMS & TEAM ENABLEMENT (≈50%)

- Help develop the FloSports Partner Portal as the operational hub for partner management, supporting workflows across onboarding, launch readiness, event execution, ongoing partnership management, closeout, and renewal.

- Map partner and team workflows, identify manual or fragmented processes, and help determine where they can be simplified, standardized, automated, or moved into the Partner Portal.

- Translate team needs and operational pain points into clear workflows, requirements, feature requests, and actionable improvements for Product, Engineering, Systems, and other technical partners.

- Use AI-assisted development, automation, and no-code/low-code tools to prototype or build lightweight solutions that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and make the team more efficient.

- Test new Partner Portal functionality and operational workflows, documenting bugs, workflow gaps, and enhancement opportunities while gathering feedback from users.

- Maintain strong data and workflow integrity, ensuring partner information, requirements, ownership, and operational status remain accurate and actionable.

- Support rollout and adoption of new tools and processes through documentation, training, troubleshooting, and team enablement.

- Look across sports and partnership types for opportunities to create repeatable, scalable solutions rather than one-off processes.

- Provide flexible operational support across Global Partnerships during high-volume periods, major events, and priority initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- 0–4 years of experience in partnerships, operations, live events, media, production, technology-enabled operations, or a related field.

- Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience using AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve productivity, solve problems, or streamline work.

- Data-informed mindset with strong attention to accuracy, organization, and operational detail.

- Relationship-driven, with strong people instincts and the ability to build rapport, foster trust, and maintain professional partnerships.

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, live event-driven environment where priorities can change quickly.

- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partners, events, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of reliable execution and closing loops.

- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to ask questions, identify gaps, and drive clarity.

- Systems-minded and comfortable breaking ambiguous operational problems into clear processes, requirements, or next steps.

- Comfortable learning unfamiliar tools, testing new approaches, troubleshooting issues, and iterating when something doesn’t work.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate needs between business users and technical teams.

BONUS

- Hands-on experimentation with AI-assisted development, workflow automation, lightweight scripting, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools.

- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Replit, Zapier, Apps Script, or similar technologies. The specific tools matter less than what you’ve built or improved with them.

- Experience with partnership management, sports, live events, live streaming, production workflows, contractual deliverables, or sales.

- Experience improving or documenting operational workflows, business processes, or internal systems.

- Experience testing software or internal tools, documenting bugs or requirements, gathering user feedback, or supporting technology rollouts.

- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, analytics platforms, or similar business systems.

- Strong connection to the sports and communities that FloSports serves, with an understanding of what matters to athletes, fans, and partners in these spaces. If applicable, please include details about your experience or connection to these sports in the Cover Letter or Additional Information section of your application.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
