Du möchtest verstehen, wie Unternehmen arbeiten, und daraus bessere Abläufe entwickeln? Bei Flow Factor hilfst du unseren Kunden, ihre Anforderungen an digitale Lösungen greifbar zu machen. Du arbeitest dabei direkt mit unseren Kunden und unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen.

Wir unterstützen mittelständische Unternehmen im deutschsprachigen Raum bei der Prozessautomatisierung und beim Einsatz von KI. Damit unsere Entwickler die passende Lösung bauen können, brauchen sie jemanden, der zuhört, nachfragt und die Ergebnisse verständlich aufschreibt. Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du klärst in Kundengesprächen Ziele und Anforderungen und hältst offene Fragen sowie Entscheidungen fest.
  • Du nimmst bestehende Abläufe auf: Wer erledigt welchen Schritt? Welche Systeme werden genutzt? Wo entstehen Wartezeiten oder doppelte Arbeit?
  • Du bereitest Anforderungen für unsere Entwickler vor, etwa als Ablaufbeschreibung, User Story oder nachvollziehbare Liste von Abnahmekriterien.
  • Du klärst Rückfragen mit Kunden und dem Entwicklungsteam und hältst die Dokumentation aktuell.
  • Du prüfst umgesetzte Funktionen anhand der vereinbarten Anforderungen und unterstützt bei Kundenterminen und Abnahmen.
  • Du übernimmst eigene Themenbereiche und baust deine Verantwortung mit zunehmender Erfahrung aus.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du kannst dich in neue Abläufe einarbeiten und erkennst, wenn Informationen fehlen oder nicht zusammenpassen.
  • Du hörst aufmerksam zu, fragst konkret nach und kannst Ergebnisse verständlich auf Deutsch formulieren.
  • Du interessierst dich für Software, Automatisierung und KI und möchtest verstehen, wie diese im Arbeitsalltag eingesetzt werden.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig und behältst Vereinbarungen und offene Aufgaben im Blick.
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit IT, Prozessen oder Kundenprojekten helfen dir beim Einstieg – beispielsweise aus Ausbildung, Studium, Praktikum oder Beruf. Ein bestimmter Studienabschluss ist keine Voraussetzung.

Programmieren gehört nicht zu deinen Kernaufgaben. Technische Detailfragen klärst du gemeinsam mit unseren Entwicklern. Für den Einstieg ist uns wichtiger, wie du denkst und kommunizierst, als wie viele Werkzeuge du bereits kennst.

Das erwartet dich

  • 4.000–4.700 Euro brutto pro Monat in Vollzeit.
  • Die Möglichkeit, remote zu arbeiten; unser Standort ist Grevenbroich.
  • Eine schrittweise Einarbeitung an echten Kundenprojekten und fachlichen Austausch mit dem Entwicklungsteam.
  • Ein kleines Team, kurze Abstimmungswege und Aufgaben, deren Ergebnis du beim Kunden sehen kannst.
