Ein Kunde möchte einen Ablauf automatisieren. Bevor unsere Entwickler loslegen, muss klar sein, wie der Prozess heute funktioniert, was sich verbessern soll und woran wir eine gute Lösung erkennen. Bei Flow Factor übernimmst du diese Klärung gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden.

Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Kunden und unserem Entwicklungsteam. Wir unterstützen mittelständische Unternehmen im deutschsprachigen Raum bei der Prozessautomatisierung und beim Einsatz von KI. Deine Aufgabe ist es, aus Kundenwünschen konkrete, abgestimmte Anforderungen zu machen und die Umsetzung fachlich zu begleiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst Gespräche und Workshops mit Kunden, um Ziele, Abläufe und Probleme zu verstehen.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, beteiligte Systeme und Datenflüsse und schlägst praktikable Verbesserungen vor.
  • Du formulierst Anforderungen, stimmst die Prioritäten mit dem Kunden und dem Entwicklungsteam ab und hältst Umfang sowie Abnahmekriterien fest.
  • Du besprichst die Anforderungen mit unseren Entwicklern, klärst fachliche Rückfragen und bewertest gemeinsam mit ihnen die Umsetzbarkeit.
  • Du machst Auswirkungen von Änderungswünschen transparent und sorgst dafür, dass Entscheidungen dokumentiert werden.
  • Du begleitest die Umsetzung, prüfst Ergebnisse und führst Kunden durch Demonstrationen und fachliche Abnahmen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast bereits Anforderungen in IT- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten aufgenommen und mit einem Umsetzungsteam abgestimmt – etwa als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, IT-Berater oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Du kannst Kundengespräche strukturieren und auch unklare oder widersprüchliche Wünsche so klären, dass daraus umsetzbare Aufgaben werden.
  • Du verstehst betriebliche Abläufe und kannst dich in Software, Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse einarbeiten.
  • Du dokumentierst präzise und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch mit fachlichen Ansprechpartnern und Entwicklern.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, sprichst Unklarheiten früh an und hältst Absprachen nach.

Erfahrung mit Prozessautomatisierung oder KI-Anwendungen ist hilfreich. Die technische Architektur entwickelst du gemeinsam mit unserem Entwicklungsteam. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der fachlichen Klärung und der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden.

Das erwartet dich

  • 4.700–5.800 Euro brutto pro Monat in Vollzeit.
  • Die Möglichkeit, remote zu arbeiten; unser Standort ist Grevenbroich.
  • Direkten Austausch mit Kunden und kurze Wege zu den Entwicklern.
  • Eigene Verantwortung für die fachliche Betreuung von Kundenprojekten in einem kleinen Team.
  • Projekte, bei denen du von der ersten Analyse bis zur Abnahme mitwirkst.
