Wir suchen eine:n Automation Engineer, der/die unsere Lösungen tatsächlich baut: vom automatisierten Workflow bis zum KI-Agenten, der beim Kunden echte Arbeit übernimmt. Du setzt die Konzepte unserer Berater in robuste, wartbare Automatisierungen um – und bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie es schneller, stabiler und smarter geht. Wenn du gerne tüftelst, technisch denkst und es dich reizt, KI und Automatisierung in der Praxis zum Laufen zu bringen, bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung von Automatisierungs-Workflows auf Basis der Vorgaben unserer Berater (z. B. mit n8n, Make, Zapier o. ä.)
  • Entwicklung und Integration von KI-Agenten und LLM-basierten Lösungen (Prompting, APIs, Anbindung an Kundensysteme)
  • Anbindung von Drittsystemen über APIs, Webhooks und Schnittstellen
  • Test, Fehlersuche und Wartung bestehender Automatisierungen – du sorgst dafür, dass alles zuverlässig läuft
  • Technische Dokumentation der gebauten Lösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Beratern – du gibst Rückmeldung zur technischen Machbarkeit und denkst Lösungen mit

Gehalt & Konditionen

4200 € brutto/Monat mit Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten. Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 3 Monate.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung mit Automatisierungs-/Workflow-Tools (z. B. n8n, Make, Zapier) oder die Lust, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
  • Technisches Verständnis für APIs, Webhooks und das Anbinden von Systemen
  • Erste Erfahrung mit KI/LLMs (z. B. OpenAI-API, Prompting, Agenten) – oder starkes Interesse, dich dort zu vertiefen
  • Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil (z. B. Python, JavaScript)
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein Auge für sauberes, wartbares Bauen
  • Fähigkeit, dich in fachliche Anforderungen hineinzudenken und sie technisch umzusetzen
  • Fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksweise auf Deutsch
