Nu tar vi nästa steg: vi bygger en AI-native plattform där utveckling, drift och innovation accelereras genom intelligenta system.

Flowscape är ett noterat SaaS-bolag inom Proptech med ca 30 medarbetare i två länder och kunder i ca 60 länder.

Om rollen

Det här är inte en traditionell backend-roll. Du kommer att vara med och forma en miljö där:

  • AI är en förstklassig deltagare i utvecklingsprocessen
  • Kod, infrastruktur och deployment i hög grad genereras, testas och optimeras automatiskt
  • Team förstärks av AI-agenter som samarbetar för att bygga nya tjänster

Du kommer att:

  • Designa och utveckla cloud-native backendtjänster i Java (Spring Boot, microservices)
  • Bygga och orkestrera AI-driven development workflows
  • Arbeta med och vidareutveckla multi-agent systems för utveckling, test och leverans
  • Säkerställa robusta och automatiserade CI/CD pipelines
  • Deploya och skala tjänster i Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Vara med och definiera vår framtida AI-first arkitektur

Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper

Vi söker dig som kombinerar klassisk backend-expertis med ett modernt, framåtblickande mindset.

Du har:

  • Gedigen erfarenhet av Java och Spring Boot
  • Stark förståelse för distribuerade system och microservices
  • Erfarenhet av Kubernetes, Docker och cloud-native arkitektur
  • Erfarenhet av CI/CD och DevOps-principer
  • Vana av att jobba med Azure eller liknande molnplattform

Som person är du lösningsorienterad och självgående, med en naturlig förmåga att ta initiativ och driva projekt framåt. Du trivs i en agil miljö där samarbete och kommunikation är nyckeln till framgång, och du har en nyfikenhet och vilja att kontinuerligt utvecklas både som individ och professionellt.

Bonus om du ligger i framkant inom:

  • AI-augmented development (Copilots, code generation, etc.)
  • LLM:er och AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
  • Agentbaserade system / multi-agent orchestration
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
  • Observability och plattformsbyggande
