Le tourneur vertical effectue des opérations d’usinage de corps de pompe de fonderie.

Le poste est organisé en horaire d’équipe, selon un rythme en 2x7, nécessitant une alternance entre les différentes équipes conformément au planning établi

Tourneur Vertical Conventionnel

Usinage de corps de pompe de fonderie, réglage de pièces de différentes matières (fontes, aciers, inox, duplex, bronzes) sur tour vertical conventionnel, dans un environnement unitaire ou moyenne série.

Le Tourneur vertical conventionnel est responsable de la qualité de sa production dans un contexte où le respect des règles de sécurité est primordial.

Le Tourneur vertical conventionnel maitrise l’usinage de pièces de fonderie (balancement des brutes).

La connaissance du tournage vertical lui permet de former les opérateurs sur les moyens de production.

Objectifs principaux

  • Organiser l’installation des pièces à usiner.
  • Analyser et contrôler la qualité des pièces produites.
  • Réaliser les usinages en fonction des plans.
  • Appliquer le système d’Assurance Qualité pour l’usinage des pièces.
  • Appliquer les règles de sécurité.

Sécurité

  • Travailler de façon à éviter les accidents du travail, les blessures et les incidents environnementaux.
  • Remonter toutes les situations dangereuses rencontrées, et participer à la mise en œuvre des actions correctives / de prévention.
  • Respecter les règles SSE (règles de sécurité, port des EPI, fiches de sécurité au poste, …).
  • Participer aux formations SSE (Puresafety, habilitations, formation nouveaux arrivants, …) et aux communications de son équipe (causerie, compte rendu CSE / CSCT, …).
