The position
As Mechanical Engineer, you will become part of FLOWVISION’s highly specialized engineering environment and play a key role in the execution of technically advanced international EPC projects.
You will work closely with our Lead Mechanical Engineer, Project Managers, workshops, suppliers, and external engineering partners to ensure that mechanical designs, fabrication documentation, and technical solutions are delivered with high quality and according to demanding project timelines.
The role combines hands-on engineering with close interaction across fabrication, welding, procurement, and project execution activities. You will contribute throughout the entire project lifecycle — from bid clarification and design reviews to fabrication support, inspections, and final documentation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving practical engineering challenges, working close to production realities, and operating in an environment where technical quality, collaboration, and execution are critical to success.
You will also have the opportunity to influence engineering processes and contribute to the continued professionalization and growth of the business.

- Assess manufacturability and propose practical engineering improvements related to fabrication, welding, installation, and assembly.
Fabrication, welding & workshop interface
- Act as a daily technical interface towards workshops and fabrication partners.
- Handle technical clarifications during fabrication and pre-assembly activities.
- Participate in workshop activities such as PIM, pre-FAT, FAT, inspections, and technical follow-up.

Documentation & engineering coordination
- Prepare and consolidate mechanical engineering documentation for customer deliveries.
- Work actively with engineering data, revisions, BOM structures, and document control processes.
