Funciones:

  • Cumplir los objetivos y procedimientos de trabajo del área.
  • Promover un entorno de trabajo seguro, con respeto a las personas y basado en los valores de la compañía.
  • Entregar clara información de la carga de trabajo asociada a un proyecto.
  • Desarrollar y mejorar continuamente los procedimientos e instructivos de mantenimiento.
  • Participar en los planes de acción para corregir las desviaciones.
  • Coordinar y anticipar con área de ventas la demanda de reparaciones.
  • Direccionar a compras y abastecimiento los servicios a ser eventualmente requeridos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el área y en los métodos de trabajo.
  • Elaborar indicadores de gestión, con presentacion semanal y mensual al gerente del sitio, agregando propuestas o iniciativas de mejora toda vez que se requiera.
  • Promover y desarrollar el sistema integrado de gestión en el área.
  • Rol Key user para el sitio frenta al ERP, brindando soporte a las otras areas del sitio que lo requieran.

Requisitos:

  • Ing. Mecánico, Industrial o Técnico Superior en mantenimiento, administración de proyectos, control de la producción
  • Ingeniero de Ejecución 2 años y Técnico Superior 5 de experencia en tareas de mantenimiento y presupuestos.
  • Tecnico Especialista superior a 5 años de experiencia.
  • Nivel avanzado de procesos de mantenimiento.
  • Conocimiento de las capacidades, equipamiento y especializaciones del taller y de sus potenciales proveedores.
  • Interpretación avanzada de planos.
