  • Coordinate recruiting activities for designated positions in partnership with Talent Acquisition and external providers, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee information in Workday and guide employees and leaders through HR systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with Benefits and Absence teams to support employees and leaders with benefits and leave-related matters.
  • Prepare and deliver clear communications regarding People Experience programs, policies, and organizational changes.

  • Proven ability to coach and influence leaders, navigate sensitive employee situations, and provide practical, business-oriented HR guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to maintain a visible presence on the shop floor.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience using Workday HR systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities while exercising sound judgment and appropriate discretion.
  • Experience facilitating training, supporting organizational change, and communicating with diverse employee groups.
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
