  • Optimize proposed designs to balance technical feasibility, cost competitiveness, and project requirements.

Project Engineering and Execution

  • Oversee the transition of engineering designs from bidding through detailed design, project execution, and commissioning support.
  • Lead the development and review of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Construction, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and support successful project delivery.
  • Conduct technical design reviews and ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and regulations.

Quality, Risk, and Compliance

  • Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable industry standards, including IEC, IEEE, ASME, NEC, and UL, as relevant.
  • Identify technical and execution risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve engineering-related issues.
  • Implement engineering quality control practices to reduce errors, rework, and project delays.
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation and support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Support project safety requirements and coordinate corrective actions when needed.

Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement

  • Support the Senior Manager of Engineering & Execution in implementing engineering strategies, operational priorities, and business objectives.

  • 5–7 years of engineering experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or a related industry.
  • 2–5 years of experience leading engineering teams or overseeing large-scale engineering projects.
  • Experience supporting engineering projects from conceptual design through detailed engineering, execution, and commissioning.
  • Hands-on experience with the design, installation, or commissioning of renewable energy or energy storage systems.
  • Experience supporting technical proposals, preliminary engineering designs, and cost estimates during the bidding phase.
  • Proficiency with relevant engineering design tools, such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, WindPro, ETAP, or comparable software.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
