Bei ICT Application Engineering verantworten wir zentrale Fachapplikationen für alle Unternehmensbereiche. Dazu gehört unsere BIM/CDE-Applikationslandschaft, die Modelle, Informationen und Datenflüsse für Planung, Bau und Betrieb zuverlässig miteinander verbindet und die wir langfristig weiterentwickeln.

Als Senior Application Engineer BIM/CDE stellst du den stabilen Betrieb unserer BIM/CDE-Lösungen sicher und gestaltest ihre Konsolidierung und Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit. Du bist die verbindende Ansprechperson zwischen ICT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern und übersetzt Anforderungen in tragfähige Lösungen.

Deine Jobdestination ##

  • Du entwickelst die BIM/CDE-Landschaft entlang neuer Anforderungen und technologischer Trends weiter und priorisierst den Backlog gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
  • Bei Beschaffungs- und Erweiterungsprojekten im BIM-Umfeld übernimmst du die technische Leitung und koordinierst interne sowie externe Stakeholder und Entwicklungspartner
  • Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und Lieferanten entwickelst du passende Solution Designs und unterstützt bei Roadmaps, Ausschreibungen und strategischen BIM-Themen
  • Du verantwortest das Lieferanten-, Vertrags-, Lizenz- und Kostenmanagement und behältst Supportleistungen, Erneuerungen sowie die Kostenentwicklung im Blick
  • Bedürfnisse aus Planung, Bau und Betrieb übersetzt du in umsetzbare Vorhaben und sorgst für aktuelle Betriebsdokumentationen, ICT-Governance sowie nachhaltigen Wissenstransfer im Team

Deine Skills im Gepäck ##

  • Du hast einen Abschluss (HF, FH, Uni/ETH) in Informatik, Geografie, Geomatik, Bauingenieurwesen oder Vergleichbarem - idealerweise mit BIM-Weiterbildung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Umfeld BIM, CDE, GIS, CAFM oder im Application Engineering mit und hast komplexe Applikationslandschaften oder anspruchsvolle BIM-Projekte bereits eigenständig verantwortet
  • Du beherrschst mindestens eine CDE-Plattform in der Praxis und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Autorensoftware sowie im Zusammenspiel von CAD-Werkzeugen, Schnittstellen und den zugehörigen Datenflüssen
  • Du überzeugst mit ausgeprägter Konzeptions- und Beratungskompetenz, kommunizierst adressatengerecht und führst unterschiedliche Interessen zu klaren, tragfähigen Entscheiden zusammen
  • Kenntnisse in Cloud-Lösungen, Automatisierung oder im BIM/CDE-Portfoliomanagement runden dein Profil ab
