Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Administrateur(trice) réseaux pour assurer la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des infrastructures réseau, notamment les commutateurs, routeurs, équipements et logiciels, dans un environnement industriel.

La personne recherchée sera responsable de l'administration, de l'exploitation, de l'installation et du dépannage des infrastructures réseau locales (LAN) et étendues (WAN), tout en offrant un soutien technique spécialisé aux différentes unités d'affaires.

Responsabilités

  • Administrer, exploiter et dépanner les infrastructures de réseau local (LAN) et de réseau étendu (WAN) au Québec et en Ontario.
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements liés aux infrastructures LAN et WAN.
  • Assurer la disponibilité, la performance et la fiabilité des infrastructures réseau.
  • Fournir un soutien technique spécialisé aux différentes unités d'affaires.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés aux équipements et aux infrastructures réseau.
  • Participer à la réalisation de projets d'infrastructure réseau, de la conception jusqu'à la mise en service.
  • Maintenir et appliquer les mesures de sécurité relatives aux pare-feux et aux réseaux privés virtuels (VPN), conformément aux politiques et normes de sécurité établies.
  • Respecter en tout temps les normes, directives et politiques de santé et de sécurité de l'entreprise.
  • Assurer une disponibilité sur appel et une présence durant certains quarts de travail, selon les besoins opérationnels.

Exigences et compétences techniques

  • DEP ou AEC en informatique, réseautique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Autonomie, débrouillardise et capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Capacité à mener un projet à terme, de la conception jusqu'à la mise en service.
  • Excellente capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler dans un environnement où plusieurs demandes peuvent être traitées simultanément.
  • Certification Cisco CCNA ou CCNP — un atout.
  • Connaissances approfondies des équipements Cisco, notamment :
  • Commutateurs; Routeurs; Firewalls; WLC; Cisco Nexus.
  • Connaissances approfondies des équipements Fortinet.
  • Connaissances approfondies du câblage réseau, notamment :
  • RJ45; Fibre optique; GBIC; BIX.
  • Connaissances approfondies des protocoles et technologies réseau suivants :
  • HSRP; VRRP; STP; VLAN; DMVPN; GRE; IPsec; VRF; QoS; ACL; SNMP; 802.1X; ARP; NAT; IGMP.
  • Solides connaissances des protocoles de routage :
  • BGP; OSPF; EIGRP.
  • Connaissance des environnements et outils suivants :
  • Microsoft Visio; Wireshark; SolarWinds; ServiceNow — un atout.
  • Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement de DHCP, DNS et VoIP.
  • Connaissance des nouvelles technologies liées à l'Industrie 4.0.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, afin de collaborer avec des équipes et partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec, notamment en Ontario et aux États-Unis.

  • Sens marqué des responsabilités et engagement envers les meilleures pratiques en matière de santé et sécurité.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement industriel où la disponibilité et la fiabilité des infrastructures TI sont essentielles.
