Cosa Farai:

  • Entrando a far parte di un team, riporterai direttamente allo Store Associate Manager, responsabile del Matchpoint di Verona.
  • Gestirai l’emissione e la conversione dei ticket di gioco tramite i videoterminali, occupandoti anche dell’incasso e delle vincite.
  • Dovrai promuovere l’apertura dei conti gioco occupandoti della procedura di attivazione e della gestione del conto per il cliente.
  • Ti occuperai della gestione delle macchine da gioco VLT (Videolotteries) e AWP (Amusement with Prize) e fornirai assistenza e supporto alla clientela.
  • Informerai i nostri clienti su nuovi prodotti, promozioni, eventi e sulle diverse modalità di gioco.
  • Richiederai la documentazione necessaria per le procedure di antiriciclaggio e anticorruzione, quando richiesto, e monitorerai eventi critici e situazioni non in linea con le normative, in conformità alle regole del Gioco Responsabile.
  • Darai supporto alle attività amministrative e di rendicontazione, supportando lo Store Associate Manager e il resto del team.

Chi sei:

  • Hai un diploma o un percorso di formazione professionale.
  • Hai maturato precedenti esperienze a contatto diretto con il pubblico, nella vendita e nella gestione cassa.
  • Sei una persona curiosa, proattiva e desiderosa di mettersi in gioco in un contesto dinamico.
  • Sei orientato/a al cliente e hai un forte spirito di servizio e commerciale: per te il cliente viene sempre al primo posto.
  • Sei una persona affidabile, responsabile e capace di lavorare sia in team che in autonomia.
  • Nutri una forte passione per la tecnologia, le app e possiedi solide competenze digitali.

Perché scegliere noi:

Fascia retributiva di assunzione per questa posizione in Italia 25.625 € - 29.000 € di retribuzione annua lorda, ai sensi del CCNL Commercio livello 4. ​

Questa fascia rappresenta il nostro riferimento retributivo standard per il ruolo e la rispettiva sede; l'eventuale offerta terrà conto della tua esperienza, delle tue competenze e della valutazione in sede di colloquio, e si collocherà di norma all'interno di questa fascia. ​

​In base al ruolo e alla sede potranno applicarsi ulteriori elementi del pacchetto retributivo (benefit e/o incentivi).

Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi, 20 ore part-time, retribuzione annua lorda da proporzionare alle ore lavorative.

Ti sarà richiesta disponibilità nella fascia oraria dalle 9:30 alle 23:30, su turni avvicendati, 4 giorni su 7 dal lunedì alla domenica.
