Votre quotidien chez Vitreco

· Assister aux réunions d’équipe multidisciplinaires

· Faire la vigie des travaux en cours afin d’assurer la conformité aux spécifications et le respect des échéances

· Faire le lien avec les clients, employés, inspecteurs et fournisseurs afin de résoudre des problématiques et améliorer les pratiques

· Coordonner avec les Chargés de projets toutes les activités en lien avec l’enveloppe du bâtiment (revêtements métalliques) pour les divers projets

· Faire des suivis serrés aux gestionnaires, chargés de projets et tout autre intervenant pertinent

· Faire la traduction de certains documents en anglais ou en français pour les chargés de projet

· Documenter, archiver et classer les documents et données en lien avec les divers projets

· Réviser et assurer la conformité des documents et rapports en lien avec ces projets

Ce qu’on recherche

· Excellentes compétences avec la suite Office incluant MS Project et MS Teams

· Diplôme universitaire en architecture, génie civil, génie mécanique, enveloppe du bâtiment ou gestion de projet de construction.

· Expérience en gestion de données

· Bonnes connaissances du logiciel Procore

· De fortes habiletés organisationnelles, analytiques et en résolution de problème

· Fortes compétences interpersonnelles

· Multi-tâche et aime le travail d’équipe

· Permis de conduire et Formation ASP

· Connaissances ou expériences dans le domaine du revêtement métallique un atout.
