This role will work across a variety of paid platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant channels, to amplify important healthcare communications targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytically minded, and comfortable working in a highly regulated industry where accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and timing are critical. We stay true to our commitment to our people and the communities in which we live and work. As part of our ongoing effort to be the world’s most inclusive agency, we are committed to seeking candidates who possess and demonstrate a profound interest in furthering our impact and inclusion goals.

Your Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of paid social media strategies across pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts.
  • Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, activation, and optimization across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Support paid media campaigns surrounding major medical congresses, clinical data milestones, FDA approvals, and pharmaceutical product launches.
  • Help develop targeting strategies to reach relevant HCPs, patients, caregivers, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with social, content, creative, and account teams to ensure paid media campaigns align with broader communications objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, reach, engagement, click-through rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize audience targeting, creative assets, media placements, and budget allocation.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, performance analysis, benchmarking, and recommendations.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media capabilities, platform changes, and paid media best practices.

Pharmaceutical Compliance & Campaign Readiness

  • Support the activation of campaigns in a highly regulated environment, adhering to pharmaceutical advertising, privacy, and platform policies.
  • Coordinate with account teams to ensure advertising materials have received appropriate Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) approval before publication.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive, embargoed information related to clinical trial results, regulatory decisions, and product announcements.
  • Support time-sensitive campaign launches tied to medical congress presentations, press announcements, and regulatory milestones.
  • Ensure approved claims, required safety information, audience restrictions, and other compliance considerations are reflected in campaign execution.

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid social media, digital advertising, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads/YouTube.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with paid media reporting and performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across integrated account, creative, analytics, and media teams.
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical communications, and emerging digital media technologies.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive client information.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare brands.
  • Familiarity with HCP and consumer targeting, including branded, unbranded, disease awareness, and patient education campaigns.
  • Understanding of FDA advertising requirements and pharmaceutical MLR review processes.
  • Experience supporting high-profile, time-sensitive campaigns or product launches.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
