Job Description:

Full-Stack Developer (React / Typescript)

EP+Co. | Creative Technology Team

EP+Co.'s Creative Tech team builds belief for brands we love by creating digital experiences powered by innovative ideas, insights, and technology. As a team of technologists, problem-solvers, and creative collaborators embedded within a leading brand agency, we are focused on delivering digital experiences that drive meaningful business results.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise in React, TypeScript, modern styling, and design systems to join our Creative Technology team. While this is a full-stack role, we are specifically looking for someone whose strengths lie in building beautiful, performant user interfaces, component architecture, and frontend-driven solutions. You should also be comfortable contributing to backend services built with C#/.NET, PostgreSQL and AWS.

This is not a traditional enterprise engineering role. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving, idea-driven environments and enjoys collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and creatives to translate conceptual ideas into engaging, scalable digital solutions. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and evolving requirements.

As a member of our development team, you will help design, build, and maintain modern digital solutions with an emphasis on React/TypeScript development, component systems, user interface excellence, and accessible experiences. You will collaborate across disciplines, particularly with designers, while contributing creatively to how experiences are conceived, designed, and built. This role reports to the Director of Development.

If you are excited about blending technology with creativity, thrive in dynamic environments, and have a strong foundation in building secure, scalable, and engaging digital experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications with a focus on React/TypeScript frontend architecture and user experience. ● Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks, and design system patterns. ● Collaborate with designers and Figma to translate designs and interaction concepts into high fidelity, responsive digital experiences. ● Develop component libraries and design systems that enable consistent, maintainable UI across projects. ● Contribute to backend services using C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core), and REST APIs to support frontend applications. ● Work with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) to support application development. ● Support the deployment of web applications and frontend infrastructure using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, ECS and RDS. ● Participate in CI/CD workflows and deployment automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization, and cloud native tooling. ● Collaborate with designers, digital producers, QA, and fellow developers to deliver polished, high-quality digital solutions.

Who You Are:

● A collaborative software developer with strong frontend development skills and an appreciation for design and user experience. ● Someone who is passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and building beautiful interfaces that users love. ● Comfortable working across the full stack while maintaining a strong focus on the user experience. ● Experienced with design collaboration tools and comfortable translating design intent into code. ● Adaptable, curious, and excited to work in a creative, fast-moving agency environment. ● A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with designers, strategists, and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 3+ years of professional full-stack or frontend development experience with modern technology stacks. ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. ● Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, including component composition, hooks, state management, and modern application architecture. ● Strong experience with semantic HTML, modern CSS/Sass, responsive design, and building reusable, accessible user interfaces. ● Experience with design systems and component architecture, with a strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross browser compatibility. ● Experience collaborating with designers and translating design intent and interaction concepts into polished digital experiences. ● Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data and client side application state. ● Working knowledge of C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, or similar backend technologies, with the ability to contribute across the full stack when needed. ● Experience deploying web applications to AWS and familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

Bonus Skills:

● Experience with Figma. ● Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks. ● Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.). ● Familiarity with Contentful or other headless CMS platforms. ● Experience with MarTech, AdTech, or marketing automation platforms.

If you are passionate about building modern applications with React and Typescript and enjoy collaborating with creative teams to deliver innovative digital experiences, we would love to hear from you

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
