  • Track health policy, political, cultural and media developments; translate emerging issues and risks into timely insights and recommendations for clients, partnering with senior leaders to provide clear, actionable counsel.
  • Lead day-to-day client relationships and account operations, including workplans, deliverables, timelines and budgets, and major client assignments, including executive messaging, positioning and thought leadership in support of business and reputation goals..
  • Develop earned-first media strategies and craft compelling narratives and materials—including press releases, op-eds, pitches, messaging, Q&A, briefings and social content—to support corporate, public affairs and issues management communications.
  • Build and sustain relationships with journalists and other relevant stakeholders, and conduct proactive media outreach to advance client narratives and objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver cohesive, integrated campaign work.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members through hands-on guidance, feedback and opportunities to take on greater responsibility.
  • Contribute to new business development, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals and supporting pitches.

What You’ll Bring:

6 – 8 years of professional experience in communications and public affairs. Experience or demonstrated interest in integrated communications and health policy. A resilient mindset, deep curiosity and healthy sense of humor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to confidently engage with and provide counsel to clients, establishing yourself as a trusted driver of work. A talent for building strong relationships and working effectively across multiple teams and disciplines. Experience engaging media, with a track record of delivering successful earned media campaigns. A sharp, solutions-oriented mindset focused on meeting deadlines, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
