  • Recommend communications-centric solutions based on the research results.
  • Stay current with the latest measurement trends, as well as relevant industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to join us in a hybrid model of working in-person weekly in one of our U.S. locations.

  • Proven analytical and deductive reasoning skills; able to translate findings into meaningful insights.
  • Ability to quickly spot patterns and surface actionable insights; separate signal from noise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate insights to internal and external communications stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience writing boolean queries and using tools to analyze traditional and social media coverage, including Talkwalker, MuckRack, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.
  • Collaborative attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive and excel in a challenging fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, etc) as part of daily ways of working

Our Story

We believe giving our best is only possible in an environment that empowers us to truly be our best, so we focus on creating belonging for all and caring for the whole person. So, we respect and support one another amid differences and we acknowledge and celebrate who each of us is. We accept that we don't all have to have the same perspectives, beliefs, background or experiences to do great things together. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
