Als Quereinsteiger/-in im Vertrieb (m/w/d) bist Du die erste Ansprechperson für potenzielle Neukunden. Du führst erste Gespräche mit Entscheidern, erkennst den Personalbedarf von Unternehmen und vereinbarst Beratungstermine für unsere Recruiting-Experten. Mit Deiner freundlichen und professionellen Art legst Du den Grundstein für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du kontaktierst potenzielle Neukunden telefonisch und führst erste Gespräche mit Entscheidern.
  • Du findest heraus, ob aktuell Personalbedarf besteht und ob unsere Lösungen für das Unternehmen interessant sind.
  • Du weckst Interesse an unseren Recruiting-Konzepten und vereinbarst qualifizierte Beratungstermine für unser Vertriebsteam.
  • Du dokumentierst Deine Gespräche sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Recruiting-Beratern zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Übergang der Interessenten.

  • Attraktive Vergütung: Einstiegsgehalt 3.250 € brutto/Monat nach 6 Monaten: 3.500 € brutto/Monat möglich nach 12 Monaten: Option auf hochwertigen Firmenwagen bei überdurchschnittlicher Leistung
