Posición de Representante Técnico de Ventas - Coahuila reportando directamente al Gerente de Ventas Regional. En este rol, serás responsable de la promoción y venta de nuestros productos, brindando soporte técnico y desarrollando relaciones sólidas con los clientes en el sector agrícola.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA VACANTE

Entre las responsabilidades más importantes de esta posición están las siguientes:

* Desarrollar y ejecutar planes comerciales y desplazamiento ( Sell in y Sell out). * Experiencia en las zonas de Coahuila, Durango y Monterrey así como los respectivos cultivos de importancia de cada zona. * Implementar y monitorear la gestión de precios, asegurando la competitividad y rentabilidad de los productos. * Establecer y mantener una sólida gestión de relaciones con el cliente, fomentando la generación de demanda y posicionamiento de producto. * Recopilar y analizar datos de Inteligencia de Mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades y desafíos.

* Realizar Pronóstico de la Demanda para anticipar las necesidades del mercado.

* Zonas a cargo: Coahuila, Durango y Monterrey

CALIFICACIONES Y EDUCACIÓN REQUERIDA:

* Ingeniería en Agronomía * 2+ años de experiencia en campo y ventas de agroquímicos

* Conocimiento de la región y cultivos importantes (Maiz, melones, alfalfas, sandias y nogales) * Experiencia comprobada en ventas técnicas, preferiblemente en el sector agrícola. * Conocimiento sólido en administración del producto y comercialización de productos. * Habilidad para proporcionar consultoría de aplicaciones y resolver problemas técnicos. * Capacidad para realizar inteligencia de mercado y análisis de datos. * Excelentes habilidades de priorización y pronóstico de la demanda. * Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones con el cliente. * Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo. * Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario
