Utifrån förändringar i arbetsgruppen söker vi nu en person som är ansvarfull och omtänksam. Vill du arbeta med något viktigt och betydelsefullt? Här hos vår kund, som är en mycket charmig liten kille med väldigt stora hjälpbehov, behövs du! Vi söker dig som kan arbeta ca 75% med varierande arbetstider. Vi behöver dig som förstår allvaret i arbetet och vikten av att skapa trygg och fin omvårdnad för kunden i hemmet men också kan planera för en innehållsrik och fin dag för kunden. Tillsammans arbetar vi för att skapa en god arbetsmiljö och en riktigt bra assistansgrupp! Det dagliga arbetet består av att stötta i det vår kund behöver hjälp med och det inkluderar bland annat matning via sond. Vi arbetar nära vården och behöver ständigt hålla alla uppdaterade. Vi dokumenterar efter varje pass och har regelbundna arbetsplatsträffar (APT). Assistentens roll och erfarenhet Som person behöver du vara noggrann, ansvarstagande, lyhörd, initiativrik och positiv. Att hjälpa och finnas för andra ska komma naturligt för dig. Vi söker dig som har viss erfarenhet från omvårdnad men personlig lämplighet väger tyngst. Du kommer att få individanpassad introduktion/utbildning i alla delar kring kundens hjälpbehov och rutiner. Det är viktigt att du som assistent får rätt förutsättningar för att lyckas i ditt nya uppdrag. För rätt person finns här ett fantastiskt viktigt och fint arbete. Meriterande erfarenheter Erfarenhet från arbete inom vård/omsorg Erfarenhet av epilepsi (EP). Erfarenhet av sondmatning.

Arbetstid/tjänstgöringsgrad Visstidsanställning, deltid ca 30h/vecka Arbetspass dag, eftermiddag/kväll, helg och nätter.
