The posting

Vi söker nu en glad och pålitlig assistent som vill börja jobba hos vår kund, en kille i 30års åldern boende i egen lägenhet i Ryd, Skövde. Han har autism och ett stort behov att ta dagliga promenader vilket vi hoppas du ser som en förmån under ditt arbetspass. Han har ett eko-tal och förstår kortare meningar. Under veckodagarna går han på DV där även hans assistent följer med. Assistentens roll och erfarenhet

Vi letar nu främst efter en person som vill hoppa in extra vid vakanser, men chans finns för fast tider på rullande schema. Vi ser att du har nära till skratt och glimten i ögat. Du kommer att få individanpassad introduktion/utbildning i alla delar kring kundens hjälpbehov och rutiner. Meriterande erfarenheter Körkort. Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som personlig assistent. Erfarenhet av autism och pedagogiskt förhållningsätt. Erfarenhet av självskadebeteende. Svenska i tal och skrift.

Arbetstid/tjänstgöringsgrad På timmar – extra vid behov vid ordinarie assistents sjukfrånvaro och semester. Start omgående. Arbetspassen är förlagda under dygnets alla timmar med jour under nattetid. Arbetspassen är dagsläget väldigt varierande. Allt från dagpass till dygnpass.

Om lön Vi tillämpar lön enligt Fremia. Kollektivavtal. Vi erbjuder friskvård.
