Just nu söker vi en assistent som kan ta 2pass i månaden på rullande schema!

Om tjänsten Vår kund är en man i 30års åldern med eget boende. Han behöver hjälp med allt i sin vardag och du som assistent finns där för att stötta och hjälpa honom i alla delar. Han har inget eget tal men förstår till viss del vad man säger, ni kommunicerar därför med stöd av bilder och tecken. Han gillar att lyssna på hårdrock, åka bil, gå på promenad och fika. Du erbjuds trevliga kollegor och en aktiv kund som verkligen uppskattar sina assistenter.

Vi stöttar varandra i ledighet och vid sjukdom. Du kommer att få individanpassad introduktion/utbildning i alla delar kring kundens hjälpbehov och rutiner. Assistentens roll och erfarenhet Som person behöver du vara noggrann, ansvarstagande, lyhörd, initiativrik och positiv. Vi ser gärna att du har vana av att arbeta med lågaffektivt bemötande, har ett glatt humör och ser möjligheter i stället för svårigheter. Har vana av bildstödskommunikation och tecken. Det viktigaste är ändå att du och kunden klickar med varandra. Meriterande erfarenheter Erfarenhet vård och omsorg är meriterande. Arbetat med lågaffektivt bemötande är ett stort plus. Svenska i tal och skrift. Körkort och bil önskvärt.

Arbetstid/ tjänstgöringsgrad Rullande schema med väntetid. En torsdag-fredag i månaden, 15:00-10,45. En lördag/söndag i månad, 15:00-15:00 Stötta upp vid behov om det behövs vid sjukdom/ledighet.

Om lön Vi tillämpar lön enligt Fremia. Kollektivavtal. Vi erbjuder friskvård.
