  • Support the development of intelligence capabilities that combine data, analytics, visualization, and AI to deliver actionable business insights
  • Help advance BPM Data Strategy and BPM's Intelligence Platform vision

Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, a passion for data, and the ability to move fluidly between strategic vision and detailed execution. You'll be a key voice in how we use data, analytics, and AI to measure performance, uncover opportunities, and support leaders across the organization.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8 plus years of professional experience in Finance or Business/Data Analysis
  • Deep understanding of data architecture and business/data analysis practices, capable of mentoring and training others

  • Thrives in a fast-paced organization, prioritizes well, and takes accountability for their work and the work of the team
  • Experience leading projects, ideally related to data
  • Solid understanding and use of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
  • Experience working with SQL, including querying and manipulating data in Snowflake and relational databases
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate well across all levels of the organization
  • Flexibility, and resourcefulness to lead several priorities in a deadline driven environment while having comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to gain subject matter expertise in a short time period and apply institutional knowledge to develop quality analytics
  • Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance, Technology and the business

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
