Job Description:

NOTE: Fidelity will not be providing immigration sponsorship for this role.

The Role

Want to shape a program that sits at the center of a network of clients, banks, vendors, and internal partners? As Director of Product Management on the Cash Solutions team, part of the Institutional Wealth Management Solutions (IWMS) Platform and Technology team, you will blend product management expertise with a drive to help our clients succeed. You will help shape and grow our Bank Deposit Sweep Program (BDSP). You will also support other cash products including free credit.

You will be a key player in the success of our cash product line. Your top priorities will be to:

  • Play a lead role in BDSP product management
  • Lead efforts to stand up new intermediary client bank sweep programs and modify programs in alignment with client and IWMS requirements
  • Directly support intermediary clients, in partnership with the relationship management team, to help clients attain their goals
  • Own and execute risk and financial controls, and perform financial modeling and reporting

Day to day, you will work to understand the needs of our clients and partners, provide oversight of the BDSP, and serve as a deep subject matter resource to Sales, Relationship Management, and other internal and external partners. You will also drive and coordinate complex, multifaceted initiatives across a wide range of partners, and help lead the development and deployment of new solutions and capabilities.

Behind the scenes, you will manage vendor relationships in coordination with the team, support contracting efforts, and perform ongoing monitoring of clients, banks, and vendors. You will create and present competitor and economic analyses along with key insights, and support free credit and other cash-related initiatives.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BA/BS required
  • 7+ years of financial services experience
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses are required (to be obtained within 6 mos. of hire)
  • Experience coordinating a wide array of stakeholders and driving projects to completion, including creating and managing extensive project plans
  • A sense of curiosity that you use to proactively ask questions and to understand systems and processes end-to-end
  • Data analytics experience
  • A strong sense of ‘owning the outcome’

Knowledge of brokerage liquidity products and the associated marketplace and regulatory environment is a plus. Beyond the credentials, you bring experience leading sophisticated initiatives. You are comfortable engaging a wide array of stakeholders, from senior management and field associates to external clients, prospects, vendors, and other partners, and your strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills help you collaborate and influence cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization. You can turn data into insightful analyses, and you can craft and deliver effective written and spoken communications.

Just as important is how you work. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, client-centric environment, bring a positive, can-do attitude, and are always willing to help your colleagues. Your intellectual curiosity models a culture of learning and drives you to become a deep subject matter expert.

The Team

As Director, you will work directly with cash-focused teammates and in partnership with vendors, third-party banks, and multiple cross-enterprise partners supporting the cash product lines. By role modeling and promoting Fidelity leadership behaviors, you will help build and sustain an innovative culture and improve the value we deliver through creativity, collaboration, and informed decision making.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
