  • Proven product ownership experience and deep expertise in Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of the partnership, responsibilities, and decision-making boundaries between product and engineering organization
  • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex challenges and requirements
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving end-to-end digital experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in digital analytics, digital experience analytics, and/or digital feedback; financial services experience is a strong plus

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
