The Expertise and Skills You Bring

· 3 plus years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience preferred, including experience supporting senior leaders and interacting with senior-level management and business partners.

· Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and follow-through skills.

· Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment, tact, and professionalism.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across multiple levels.

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.

· Ability to balance multiple priorities while staying calm, flexible, and responsive as business needs change.

· Strong partnership mindset, including the ability to work effectively with other executive assistants, site partners, business partners, and leadership teams.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and related productivity tools, with a willingness to continue learning new systems, collaboration tools, GenAI productivity tools, and evolving workplace technology.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
