Job Description:

Senior Manager, Advanced Data Analytics & Insights | Healthcare Analytics

The Role

At Fidelity, data is one of our most valuable assets. Every day, our platforms capture millions of participant interactions and transactions across digital and service channels, including web, mobile, and phone. The true power of that data comes from our ability to transform it into actionable insights that drive better business decisions, improve customer experiences, and support strategic growth.

We are seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and curious data professional to join the Workplace Investing Technology Data Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will be embedded within a delivery team focused on Fidelity Health offerings, including Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Health & Welfare solutions.

As a key member of the team, you will help uncover insights that influence business strategy, product development, client outcomes, and participant engagement. You will support initiatives spanning acquisition, retention, customer value, measurement, experimentation, and executive reporting. Your work will directly contribute to Fidelity Health's ability to scale growth, optimize experiences, and maximize the value of its products and services.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of product and client analytics initiatives, delivering dashboards, reports, ad hoc analyses, and strategic recommendations that empower data-driven decision making.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years of experience delivering analytics and insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline. Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics methodologies, including data profiling, data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, measurement, and reporting.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong experience working with large-scale data environments and querying languages.
  • Passion for leveraging data and analytics to influence strategy and improve business performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business challenges (e.g. causal analysis, forecasting, A/B testing, attribution modeling, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with experience in strategy development, business analysis, opportunity assessment, and value realization.
  • Proficiency with modern analytics and data technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources to support analytical use cases.
  • Ability to conduct deep-dive analyses to evaluate digital and non-digital experiences, validate hypotheses, and identify meaningful success metrics.
  • Experience developing measurement plans, analytics roadmaps, and learning agendas.
  • Proven ability to adapt and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for data storytelling and creating compelling visualizations that drive action.

The Value You Deliver

  • Leverage structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with product, technology, and business teams to solve complex challenges through analytics.
  • Deliver actionable insights, reporting, and recommendations that enable informed decision making.
  • Support Workplace Investing in making objective, data-driven strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate through advanced analytics, emerging technologies, and modern data capabilities.
  • Advance data democratization efforts by creating scalable self-service reporting and visualization solutions.
  • Continuously improve analytics capabilities, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
  • Thrive as a collaborative, results-oriented teammate within an agile environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
