Wir suchen Unterstützung für die Firma FMS Frischelogistik GmbH. Die Firma betreut Kunden in den Bereichen Lagerung - Kommissionierung - Auslieferung und Zusatz- Dienstleistung rund um diese Angebote, hauptsächlich im gekühlten Lebensmittelbereich. 1 Junior Logistik Manager_in Beginn: ab sofort

Sie sind / haben

* Eine abgeschlossene Lehre im Bereich Logistik oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bonus: Schwerpunkt Logistik)

* Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten & eine strukturierte Denkungsweise

* Gute MS Office & IT Kenntnisse

* Gute Ortskenntnisse im Raum Wien / NÖ / Bgld.

* Kontaktfreudig, offen und wortgewandt

* Bonus: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lebensmittel und Kühltransporten

Zu den konkreten Aufgaben zählen unter anderem:

* Gesamtheitliche Kundenbetreuung (Kommunikation, Problemlösung, Auswertungen, etc.)

* Organisatorische Lagerbetreuung

* Datenerfassung, Monitoring und Dokumentation (zB Temperaturaufzeichnungen, Wartungspläne, Leergutverwaltung, etc.)

* Unterstützung bei Gebäudeinstandhaltung

* Controlling und laufende Verbesserung der hausinternen Prozesse

* Entwicklung von Angeboten mit der Geschäftsführung

* Urlaubsvertretung in versch. Logistik Bereichen (Disposition, Tourplanung und Einteilung, etc.)
