Este profissional terá papel essencial na mediação institucional, atuando com empatia, análise crítica e foco na experiência do aluno.Realizar atendimentos via portal do PROCON, assegurando respostas adequadas às manifestações dos estudantes.Analisar detalhadamente cada solicitação, identificando a causa raiz dos problemas e antecipando possíveis desdobramentos, com o objetivo de evitar recorrências.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas acadêmica, financeira e de atendimento, promovendo soluções ágeis e completas.Prestar suporte em questões relacionadas à vida acadêmica e financeira do aluno, incluindo:Acesso e utilização dos serviços do portal do aluno;Ajustes na ficha financeira;Suporte em processos de cancelamento ou trancamento de matrícula;Solicitação de suspensão de contatos ou baixas de restrição (ex.: Serasa).Realizar o levantamento de evidências e da documentação necessária para embasar respostas e decisões.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua da experiência do aluno, a partir da análise de recorrências nas manifestações recebidas.Manter postura empática, ética e resolutiva em todos os atendimentos, representando a instituição de forma responsável.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando graduação em Direito;Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, Word e Outlook;Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em situações críticas;Boa capacidade de análise, investigação e resolução de problemas;Comunicação clara, assertiva e empática;Diferencial: experiência na área jurídica ou em atendimento de demandas relacionadas a questões acadêmicas e financeiras.Informações adicionaisSalário: Compatível com o mercado.🏥 Assistência médica;🦷 Assistência odontológica opcional;🛡️ Seguro de vida;🚌 Vale-transporte;🍽️ Vale-refeição;💪 TotalPass;🎓 Duas bolsas de estudo integrais nos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação.Local de trabalho: Liberdade, São PauloModalidade: 100% presencialHorário de trabalho: 08:00 às 17h48Escala: Segunda a sexta
