Nosso compromisso é oferecer educação de qualidade, com excelência e determinação em cada desafio Buscamos sempre a alta performance, transformando obstáculos em oportunidades para inovar e alcançar resultados excepcionais.✨Se você se identifica com esse propósito e quer fazer parte de um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador, essa é a sua oportunidade!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de Operações de Polos, atuando de forma estratégica, operacional e integrada com polos próprios e parceiros.- Planejar e acompanhar a necessidade de professores para os polos, considerando as turmas, disciplinas e atividades previstas. - Coordenar a alocação dos professores de acordo com a demanda de cada polo e os horários das aulas. - Alinhar com os polos e com as áreas responsáveis as informações necessárias para a organização das atividades acadêmicas. - Acompanhar a realização das aulas e dos encontros presenciais, atuando em possíveis ajustes de alocação ou programação. - Organizar e acompanhar os calendários, cronogramas e prazos da operação semipresencial. - Acompanhar as informações de turmas, disciplinas, professores e mediadores nos controles e sistemas acadêmicos. - Identificar pendências e dificuldades na operação, buscando soluções junto às áreas envolvidas. - Acompanhar indicadores, como a presença dos alunos e a realização das atividades programadas. - Elaborar relatórios e manter atualizados os registros e documentos da área. - Liderar e orientar a equipe, distribuindo atividades e acompanhando as entregas. - Propor melhorias nos processos e na comunicação entre polos, professores e áreas internas. - Apoiar a expansão da operação semipresencial e a organização das atividades em novos polos.

Requisitos e qualificações✅ Pós-graduação completa. ✅ Conhecimento em organização logística de atividades e rotinas acadêmicas.✅ Conhecimento sobre questões regulatórias do Ensino Superior, incluindo o novo marco regulatório.✅ Desejável atuação com gestão na área de Educação de Ensino Superior. ✅ Liderança Inspiradora, comunicação assertiva, visão sistêmica e capacidade de mediação de conflitos são considerados diferenciais.
