Zur Weiterentwicklung des \<\< Wasserkraftwerks Wallis \>\> sucht FMV ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n \\Leiter/in Bereich Construction 80\\-100%\\ ------------------------------------------- In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie im Bereich Construction bei der Abteilung Produktion. \\Ihre Mission\\ Im Rahmen der anstehenden Realisierung eines grossen Ausbauprojektes im Bereich Wasserkraft im Wallis wird der neue Bereich Construction geschaffen. Ihre Aufgabe besteht im Aufbau der Ressourcen und Kompetenzen inklusive der Erstellung der Bauherrenprozesse. Sie übernehmen die fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams Construction und sind in der Projektorganisation aktiv sind verantwortlich für eine zielgerichtete und langfristige Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Construction. \\Ihr Profil\\ \* Hochschulstudium (ETH oder FH) in einem technischen Fachgebiet (Wasserbau, Maschinentechnik, Elektrotechnik) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung \* Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung in der Realisierung von interdisziplinären Grossprojekten im Infrastrukturbereich (Grossprojekte mit Fokus Industrie und Energie) \* Mehr als 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung \* Erfahrung und vertiefte kommerzielle und juristische Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement in der Realisierungsphase \* Organisations\\-, Planungs\\- und Koordinierungsfähigkeiten; redaktionelle Fähigkeiten \* Fähigkeit, mit Stress umzugehen \* Fähigkeit, ein Team von Mitarbeitern zu führen, zu entwickeln und zu motivieren; partizipative Führung \* Kommunikationsgeschick, Feingefühl und Verhandlungsgeschick. \* Deutsche oder französische Muttersprache mit ausgezeichneten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache (C1\\).
