Objetivo del puesto: El Supervisor de Embarques desarrolla y coordina las actividades de envío apegado a sus procesos e instrucciones de trabajo estandarizadas. Las actividades de embarques se enfocan en los objetivos de la empresa y requerimientos específicos del cliente.   Perfil del puesto:

Escolaridad: Licenciatura/Ingeniería, afín a la posición. Experiencia: 3 años de experiencia en las actividades de embarques.

Competencias:

Fuertes habilidades de comunicación (tanto verbales como escritas) Habilidades en manejo de Software Debe ser una persona altamente motivado, orientado al servicio y atención al cliente interno y externo Excelentes habilidades de organización y de gestión del tiempo Actitud positiva Capaz de trabajar solo, priorizar actividades con un mínimo de supervisión Entusiasmo por los retos e iniciativas previas Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente Conocimiento básico de ISO / IATF/ ISO14001 Ser parte del equipo de trabajo (alto sentido de pertenencia)

  Responsabilidades del puesto:                  

Realizar un proceso de enlace confiable para descargar información de CMS Asegurar entregas con base en el plan logístico Autorización de acceso a transporte y asignación de anden Recepción de documentos (carta porte, Checklist, etc.) Recibo/acomodo/validación de cantidad y condiciones de equipo de vacío de cliente Recibo/acomodo/ingreso a sistema de producto terminado Preparación de embarques de acuerdo a manifiesto Comunicación con líneas transportistas Toma evidencias de preparación, carga y envíos. Envío/validación de ASN´s (según aplique) Reporte de actividades en bitácora Pedir materiales, suministros o equipos Actualización de tablero de indicadores Asegurar el empaque correcto de los embarques Supervisa las tareas del personal a su cargo, El titular es responsable de la sensibilización, comprensión, responsabilidades específicas y aplicación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SME) como se establece en la política, Adherirse a todas las políticas, procedimientos e instrucciones de la empresa, Presentar ideas y ayudar a su superior en el proceso de mejora continua enfocado a reducción de costos para mantener la rentabilidad y la competitividad, Participación activa en la implementación, desarrollo de sistemas de actividades de Calidad y Medio Ambiente para alcanzar los objetivos de ambos sistemas, así como el conocimiento de estas políticas Aplicar su plan de escalación en caso de ser necesario. Da seguimiento de los planes de acción correctiva establecidos para resolver cualquier problema relacionado con la satisfacción del cliente. #Lunko
