The posting

We are looking for a 3rd North Paint Team Lead to help lead daily production operations while working alongside the team. What You’ll Do

Support daily production and provide break/absence coverage Operate equipment and control panels Troubleshoot production issues and equipment faults Keep materials and tools stocked and ready Train and support new employees Follow work instructions and ensure quality standards are met Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Complete required department documentation Support continuous improvement and help reduce downtime

  What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED Good attendance and safety record Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Mechanical/technical aptitude Ability to learn and operate complex machinery Ability to work on your feet and perform physical production duties Previous manufacturing or leadership experience is a plus
