Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations and order fulfillment activities through SAP EWM, WMS, and other operational systems.
  • Perform day-to-day logistics transactions and system activities in SAP EWM and WMS, including order processing, inbound and outbound processing, inventory movements, stock transfers, and related system updates.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage inventory control processes and investigate discrepancies to maintain data and inventory integrity.
  • Collaborate with leading Korean battery and manufacturing companies, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate logistics operations, address operational issues, and ensure seamless and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor operational performance and support initiatives to optimize workflows, productivity, and service levels.
  • Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with SAP EWM and/or WMS in logistics and inventory operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, reporting, and basic data analysis.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, identify discrepancies, and support process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in system transactions and operational data management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Korean and English is required.

Pay

  • The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
